Commonplace Shipping and Returns


DOMESTIC SHIPPING Orders over $100 include free shipping and will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or FedEx Ground. Orders with a total below $100 will be shipped USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or First Class Parcel with a charge of $4.99 or less, depending on order weight. Expedited shipping is available at cost. Most orders will be shipped and processed within 24 hours of purchase, and always no later than 48 hours.

ORDER TRACKING A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment of your purchase. This tracking number is created by the shipping carrier and will be updated when your package has been scanned into their system, as well as throughout the shipping process.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We do offer international shipping options via USPS Priority Mail International and DHL Express. Rate is determined by weight, size and destination. Please take special care in entering your address for international shipments to help reduce risk of a lost package. Commonplace is not responsible for customs delays, fees, charges or taxes that may be required by your country upon receipt of shipment at customs or at delivery to your door.


FREE USA RETURNS Email with your order number to begin your return. We will provide a free return label for USA orders within 5 days of delivery as shown by your tracking number. We will continue to accept returns without providing a free return label up to 30 days after receipt of item. We ask that return requests are only made for items in unused and original condition. Original shipping costs are not refundable (always $4.99 or less in the USA). We do not assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged while being returned without proof of delivery to us at Commonplace. Pack breakable items with care.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS International returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of item(s) and at the cost of the customer. Email with your order number to begin your return. We do not assume responsibility for packages lost while being returned without proof of delivery to us at Commonplace. Commonplace does not refund for original shipping costs at this time.
